New York Very Fresh Noodles Lamb Noodles ๐Ÿœ

This is a shop inside Chelsea Market. The name of the shop is actually quite interesting. ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿƒ When I recommended it to a Harvard guy, he laughed just hearing the name (...very fresh noodles?). ๐ŸœBut to be fair, their lamb noodles are truly fresh. I've ordered takeout many times, and it tastes just as good as eating in. The lamb is particularly fresh and has a real lamb flavor. The soup base is rich in taste, and the noodles are very chewy and haven't gone soft because of the delivery. ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿƒ You just need to heat the soup yourself when it arrives, and then put the meat, noodles, and vegetables in one by one, and it's ready to eat. ๐Ÿœ The only downside is that they don't provide vinegar. You can just add some from home if you have it, and it will taste even better (you have to give it a try)! ๐Ÿ˜† The following is a picture of my cozy little nest. Since the house faces southwest and northeast, the bedroom gets the sunrise and the living room gets the sunset. ๐ŸŽข๐Ÿƒ In the afternoon, the sofa is bathed in sunlight. At this time, turn on the Marshall, listen to some Jazz, lie on the sofa, and bask in the sun. It's very comfortable (even better if you mix yourself a white state highball). And because I live next to Bryant Park, I can see the Empire State Building and its different nightly lights from the sofa. โœจ ๐Ÿœ #NewYork ๐Ÿ—ฝ
