1️⃣ Cheese Tofu with Baguette: The creamy tofu melts in your mouth~Spread on the soft and crispy baguette, it feels like you're eating a dessert. 2️⃣ Frozen Octopus Pie: A unique and delicious dish, where the tender octopus is made into an aspic, perfectly complemented by the refreshing and appetizing fish sauce jelly and green papaya salad. 3️⃣ Grilled Coconut Clams: I love this so much!! The grilled coconut has a rich coconut aroma and a smoky charcoal fragrance, which blends with the saltiness of the clams in the soup. It's irresistible with baguette. 4️⃣ Scallop and Ray Fish Yellow Curry: The tender scallops have a creamy flavor, and the fish is pan-fried to a crispy exterior and tender interior.
