New York YUBU Soho 🌟

Today, I visited YUBU Soho for a fresh and delightful experience! 🍣 📍 YUBU Soho 157 Spring St, New York, NY 10012 🍃 I tried their sweet tofu skin sushi with rich toppings. The seared salmon was of high quality and incredibly fresh, with the mushrooms’ natural sweetness really standing out. 🎢 The grilled beef was decently seasoned, but I didn’t expect it to be ground beef instead of sliced fatty beef. The rice was oddly sticky and clumped together, making the texture quite average. 🍃 Just in terms of the sushi rice, it’s not as good as the tofu skin sushi from Cafe East near Columbia University (though YUBU’s $10 for three pieces seems to have better value and a longer menu). 🌊 Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some standout flavors, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the texture department. 🌸 #NewYork #NYC #SushiLovers 🗽🌟
