New York🌟One Star | Crown Shy
Visited Crown Shy, a one - star Michelin restaurant located in the Wall Street area.🍴 ❄️The pre - meal bread was delicious! It was soft and had a sweet flavor, reminiscent of the soft and sweet bread from popular domestic bakeries. 🍞 For the appetizer, I ordered the Pear🍐, which was recommended by the waiter, but the taste was not very impressive. For the main course, I had the Octopus🐙and Pork Katsu. The portion of the pork cutlet was quite large, so be cautious when ordering. ❄️It was pretty tasty and had a hint of curry flavor. The octopus was served with sticky rice underneath, which I would recommend! 🥢 (However, the overall flavor of the dishes here tends to be sour. If you don't like sour - tasting dishes, be careful when choosing. ) I also tried the signature short rib. The beef was very tender and was served with two types of sauce and a big bowl of fried rice. (Still with a sweet and sour taste) However, the dish costs $100, which is a bit pricey. 🥩 ❄️The dessert was amazing!! I highly recommend the pudding🍮, which was served with green apple - flavored sorbet. When eaten together, it created a unique sensation of cold and warm in the mouth.🌟 Location: 70 Pine St Ground Floor, New York, NY 10005 #crownshy 🌟
