Newport Beach|Hidden Gem for Shopping|LMV

When people come to Irvine for shopping, they usually go to either Spectrum Center or South Coast Plaza. Yes, I admit South Coast Plaza has tons of brands and is a luxury haven—I personally love it too. Spectrum offers more affordable brands and has everything from outdoor shopping to dining. But this time, I want to recommend a smaller, more niche shopping area that fills in the gaps 😊 — Lido Marina Village! This area has a lot of great women’s fashion, but here’s my shopping route for guys 😉 You can park on the street—no need to pay extra in the parking structure. ☕️ Herst Coffee Roaster I know there’s a Blue Bottle nearby, but I find it a bit too bitter for my taste. Although the view there is great, if you like it, go for it! I prefer Herst—grab a latte and start exploring. 🛀 Aesop Right across from Herst is this Australian brand. It’s not exactly underground anymore, but I love their scents. I regularly restock on hand soap, hand cream, and other bath products. And their perfume Tacit? Absolutely obsessed 😳 🕯 Le Labo Just a short walk away is Le Labo. Santal 33 is pretty much a cult favorite at this point. While mainstream perfumes are great, I find myself drawn to niche scents—they’re unique and less likely to be worn by everyone else. I also love their candles—they make the whole house smell amazing and add so much coziness. 🛍️ The Real Real Across the street is this consignment boutique. They’ve got deep pockets—their stores are always in prime locations. You can find vintage Chanel, Birkins, and other luxury items in excellent condition. You can also consign your own pieces here for a good price. 🤹‍♀️ Lido Village Market Towards the end of the strip, there’s a beautiful little plaza. Sometimes they host local markets, and today happened to be one of those days! With live music from local musicians and a view of the harbor, it was pure bliss on a nice day. 🍴 Malibu Farm Time for brunch with a harbor view! The food here is delicious and focuses on organic ingredients. It can get pretty busy on weekends though. 👑 A’Maree’s This one is a 3-minute drive from Lido Village since it’s on the opposite side of the harbor and not really walkable. Parking is still easy. They carry Jil Sander, CDG, and other high-end brands I love. It’s pricey, but the store design and view are stunning—it’s like walking into an art gallery. Just browsing here is an experience 🙊 And that’s it! These are my go-to spots for niche brands that you won’t find in the bigger malls. Hope you enjoy—feel free to follow for more! My personal list of LA streetwear stores is pinned at the top 🔝 #NewportBeach #Newport #Irvine #SouthCoastPlaza #Shopping #HiddenGems #NicheBrands
