Sharing some practical tips — save this for later! 📍 How to Book Google "Davey’s Locker" and book directly through their website under Whale Watching Cruises Weekdays: $36 | Weekends: $50 | Kids under 2: FREE Recommend the 4:30 PM tour — less sun and higher chance of spotting whales! 📍 Location & Parking 400 Main St, Newport Beach, CA 92661 Parking is super tricky! Many lots only allow 2 hours — overtime = ticket ⚠️ Arrive an hour early and park at Parking Newport Beach (707 E Oceanfront). Pay at the machine — $12.5 for 3 hours. Just a short walk to the pier. 🐋 Tour Experience The boat is big with two levels. The tour lasts 2–2.5 hours The captain is super friendly — explains whale behavior and guides everyone to spot whales and dolphins After about 50 mins, you’ll pass by the sea lion island 🦭 My kid went wild imitating them lol Snacks and drinks are sold on board, but bringing your own is a good idea Sitting on the first deck offers great views and feels more immersive 📸 Photo Tips Sunny days = unreal photos!
