Night Parfait 🍦 Year of the Snake with a little snake 🌺
Parfaiteria beL, a night parfait shop from Hokkaido, only operates in the evenings. 🐍🌺 I timed my visit to coincide with their opening hour, so I didn't have to wait in line. 🌟 The parfait selection is limited to just six options. Ordering a set will cost you an extra 300-400 yen compared to a single parfait. 🐍🌺You can choose from tea, coffee, or alcohol. Many of the parfaits contain a bit of alcohol. 🌟The one I tried was the "snake year parfait," a new item for the Year of the Snake. It mainly features ume (plum) and cheese flavors. The white 🐍 is made of marshmallow, and the little flowers ❀❀ are candies, so they're all edible. 🐍🌺The bottom jelly has a slightly sour and sweet shiso (perilla) flavor. The main part in the middle consists of cheese and red shiso sorbet, while the top is cream. 🌟Overall, it's a refreshing treat that doesn't feel too heavy. A guy next to me ordered the same one and meticulously ate it layer by layer, even noting down the taste of each layer. 🍵 🐍🌺 The location of the night parfait shop is easy to find. It's on the third floor of a building in the Shibuya area, perfect for a relaxing dessert after dinner. 🌇 #TokyoNightParfait #TokyoParfait #NightParfait 🌟
