It’s getting cold in NYC, so we headed to NIKU X for unlimited Wagyu and lobster—the perfect warm-up feast! Since we went in the afternoon, we let the server surprise us with the menu. The lobster tails were fresh and bouncy—shocking quality for an AYCE spot! 🦞 The sea bass was also a standout—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and reminded us of a cozy Japanese izakaya. 🥩 Wagyu Platter Both Australian and Japanese Wagyu were available. The Japanese cut was especially rich and buttery. We also tried it topped with uni and caviar—incredible! 🍹 Creative Drinks One was a boba-inspired cocktail (light and sweet), the other a butter-infused drink that had a smooth, creamy finish. 🍰 Dessert Shared two cheesecakes—simple but satisfying.
