NJ | First Time Trying Korean Soy Marinated Crab 🦀✨

Never thought my first taste of ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab) would be at a Korean restaurant in the US! The set came with four crabs—tender, jelly-like, and richly savory, with creamy roe inside. Perfect mixed into rice, and paired with banchan and beef soup, it made a wonderfully satisfying meal. 🍚❤️ The dining room was full of Korean-speaking locals—always a good sign of authenticity! 📝 This meal holds special memories for me: I tried it right after flying from Atlanta to start school in NYC, driving straight from EWR to satisfy a craving (and skip the wait at another spot). Grateful to the friends who helped me move cross-country—and to this delicious introduction to Korean flavors! 🚗💙 📍 Bapdoduk 446 Broad Ave, Palisades Park, NJ 07650 #NJFood #KoreanCuisine #SoyCrab #ComfortFood #FoodMemory #LocalEats #KoreanBBQ #NYNJFoodie #FirstImpressions #AuthenticFlavors #GratefulEats
