No Need to Fly to Miami to Feel the Vacation Vibes! VA Beach 🏖️

The beaches around Maryland’s bay... well, let’s just say they’re not exactly dreamy 😅. If you don’t want to travel too far but still want to step on soft, fine sand— VA Beach is a great choice! The sand is smooth and clean, and you can set up cabanas freely—no restrictions! 🏖️✨ I also feel like the overall vibe and crowd here are nicer. Once, at a beach in South Carolina, the air was just… well, let’s not go there 🍃💨. This time, we stayed in an Ocean Front King Room at Hyatt House Virginia Beach. It’s right on the ocean—step outside, and you’re on the sand! 🏝️ Within a 10-minute walk, there are tons of restaurants 🍴, and within a 15-minute drive, you’ll find all kinds of supermarkets and stores 🛒. (The hotel feels relatively new and clean. Our oceanview room faced the coastline directly. We stayed on the second floor—not super high, but we could open the balcony door and see breathtaking sunrises! 🌅 Check out for the view right from our balcony!) During spring break, we came mainly for sand digging 👶⛱️. The weather was perfect—not too hot, not too cold—great for strolls along the shore 🚶‍♀️🌊.
