The mutton is tender and flavorful, falling off the bone in an instant. It's not at all muttony. The Daoxiao noodles are chewy and full of vigor 👍🏻, making you want to come back for more. ‎♡ Tomato Beef and Egg Noodle Soup The tomato soup is well-seasoned (I've had several disappointing versions before). Lanzhou-style pulled noodles paired with large pieces of beef brisket and a fried egg 🍳. It's very satisfying, and their noodles are definitely worth praising. ♡ Soup Dumplings A bite releases a burst of juice, certified delicious. The filling is tender and juicy (must be eaten while hot). The skin of the soup dumplings is slightly thicker than ideal.
