📝 Nosh Revisited N Times|Full Review of Rochester’s Popular Fusion Restaurant 🍽️ After living in Rochester for two years, Nosh remains one of the most popular fusion restaurants in town—you can almost always spot a line out the door. I’ve been here over ten times and tried nearly all of their famous dishes. Today, I’m sharing a super detailed review based on my experiences! 📍 Address: 47 Russell St, Rochester, NY 14607 🅿️ Parking: The restaurant has a large parking lot, so no worries about finding a spot. 📅 Reservation Tip: Extremely popular! Highly recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends. 🍖 Dish-by-Dish Review 🌟 Bone Marrow | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not a bone marrow fanatic, but I’ll order it when friends want to try. Rich, buttery, and perfect spread on toasted bread—guilty but satisfying. Best for sharing. 🔥 Korean Sit Down $50 | ⭐️⭐️ Includes bao buns, pork belly, short ribs, rice, and various banchan. The portion is huge, good for 3–4 people. However! Inconsistent quality—I’ve ordered it multiple times, and twice the pork belly was so dry and overcooked it was inedible. The BBQ overall can be hit or miss, so I eventually stopped ordering this. 😾 🦐 Cioppino Blanco $40 | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A classic seafood stew with a rich, slightly salty broth—overall well-seasoned. The seafood is decent—not unfresh, but not exceptionally fresh either. A solid choice if you like seafood stews. 🐟 Ahi Noshos $20 | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Must-order! Tuna tartare served with crispy rice cakes. Refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully textured—an appetizer I get every time. 🥩 Bone Marrow Tartare | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not usually a tartare person, but this was a pleasant surprise. The toasted bread is crispy, the bone marrow is smooth and not gamey, and the spices are well-balanced. Recommended. 🍰 Fried Cheesecake | ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Served warm with a gooey center, but I actually prefer taking it home, chilling it, and refrying it later—the outside gets extra crispy while the inside stays cool and creamy. 😝 🍕 Fig Pizza | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Order without thinking! Thin-crust pizza topped with figs, prosciutto, arugula, and cheese. Sweet, salty, and perfectly balanced—my ultimate go-to for happiness here. 💡 Dining Tips For larger groups, book ahead and allow extra time for food prep Signature dishes like Ahi Noshos and Fig Pizza are safe and delicious Some BBQ items can be inconsistent—consider asking your server for daily recommendations Overall, Nosh is a great spot for casual group dinners, with a lively atmosphere and creative dishes. While a few items can be inconsistent, their standout dishes keep me coming back. If you’re in Rochester and craving something different, Nosh is still a reliable choice! #RochesterFood#RocNY#UniversityOfRochester#RochesterNY#Nosh#FusionCuisine#FoodReview#HitOrMiss#RestaurantReport
