Nozawa Bar: The omakase in Beverly Hills

This is the first time I've encountered a "zookeeper-style" chef. 🐟The dried anglerfish tastes just like cat food!!! 🐟Mentaiko hand roll has an amazing flavor! The spicy taste is particularly strong, paired with the smooth texture of yam. The first bite made me think I was eating a 🍐 (pear). 🐟Kinmedai is both beautiful and delicious. 🐟Sawarai is also very bouncy and chewy! 😆After the meal, I chatted with the staff.
