Nura in New York ๐ŸŒŸ

A hidden gem in Brooklyn, Nura is an Indian fusion restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside. It resembles a warehouse, but once you step inside, the decor is stunning. ๐ŸŒฟ As you enter, youโ€™re greeted by a circular bar. To the left is a cozy seating area filled with plants. Once seated, you can see the massive open kitchen, adding to the lively atmosphere. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ ๐ŸŒŸCreole Style Kerola Style Curry: This dish is like an Indian version of shakshuka. Instead of a sweet and tangy tomato base, it features a spicy curry, and bell peppers are swapped for celery. The bread that comes with it is a bit too thick; a thinner sourdough would make it easier to enjoy. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ b.e.c burger: I once had a b.e.c burger with a twistโ€”it featured a steamed egg! The combination of sweet bacon and the rich, buttery, creamy egg made it a bit heavy, but it was definitely worth trying! ๐Ÿ” ๐ŸŒŸ I also loved their freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Itโ€™s tangy and sweet, perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up. The only downside is that it comes in a small glassโ€”I wish they could offer more juice for the same price! ๐Ÿ˜‚ #NYC #IndianFusion #BrooklynEats ๐ŸŒ‡
