Just tried the all-you-can-eat hot pot at Xiang Hotpot in Brooklyn — and it was absolutely satisfying! We ordered three soup bases: 🍲 Collagen Chicken 🥥 Coconut Chicken 🌶️ Spicy Red Oil (with an adorable bear-shaped butter!) Each broth was flavorful and rich — and yes, the melting red oil bear was too cute to handle 😍 The sauce bar was fully stocked, so we could mix and match to our hearts’ content. The variety of ingredients was impressive!
