NYC|Georgian Food: A Must-Try Cuisine in New York!
A friend who lived in NYC for six years asked me for a "can’t-leave-without-trying" restaurant recommendation, and I knew exactly what to suggest: Georgian cuisine! 🇬🇪 While I’ve shared Saperavi before, Laliko won us over with its cozy vibe and incredible dishes—especially their Adjaruli Khachapuri (cheese boat). The bread was wonderfully chewy, and the cheesy-egg center was rich, creamy, and utterly irresistible! We also loved: 🍖 Grilled Pork with Pomegranate Salad Tender, juicy pork topped with a sweet-tangy pomegranate salad—so flavorful! 🥟 Khinkali (Dumplings) Our table of ten tried all the fillings, including the truffle version. So juicy and satisfying! 🍗 Fried Chicken & Fresh Salads Crispy, well-seasoned chicken and bright, tasty salads—everything impressed. Everyone left happy and full—truly a memorable meal! 💫 💰 Around $60–$80 per person (after tax & tip) Georgian food has my heart, and Laliko is a gem. If you haven’t tried it yet, don’t wait—this is an experience you’ll want to repeat again and again! 🍴 Laliko 📍 80 Carmine St, New York, NY #NYCFood #GeorgianCuisine #HiddenGems #MustTryNYC #Laliko #FoodieHeaven #NYCEats #AdjaruliKhachapuri
