NYC|Golden Wuish: A Must-Try Peking Duck Spot!
Was looking for a place near Life and Trust and stumbled upon this gem—and wow, their Peking duck totally won me over! 🦆 Though I haven’t tried the authentic version in Beijing, this might be the best I’ve had in NYC. Crispy skin, tender meat, and those thin, soft pancakes… pure perfection! 🌟 Highlights: 🦆 Peking Duck 48-hour dry-aged duck breast, roasted until crispy yet juicy. Served with cucumber, scallions, house-made sauce, and delicate pancakes—so flavorful and satisfying! 🍖 Bone Marrow Rich, buttery bone marrow spread over crispy baguette slices. Indulgent and delicious! 🐚 Steamed Clams Clams cooked in a fragrant broth of sake and chili—tender, fresh, and full of umami. 🥬 Duck Egg Pea Shoot Stir-fried pea shoots with salted duck egg and crab meat. A bit on the salty side, but tasty and unique. 🍸 Cocktails We tried two sweet, well-balanced cocktails—perfectly refreshing to complement the meal. If you’re craving elevated Chinese flavors in a chic setting, Golden Wuish is definitely worth a visit. Already dreaming of that duck! 💛 🍴 Golden Wuish 📍 6 Platt St, New York, NY 10038 #NYCFood #PekingDuck #ChineseCuisine #NYCEats #DateNightSpot #FoodieReview #GoldenWuish
