Most guests grab slices to go, with limited standing room inside. 🥓 Fig Jam & Bacon Their most famous slice—a bold sweet-and-salty combo with creamy fig jam and crispy bacon. The crust is thicker than expected, not super crisp. Interesting, but a bit rich to finish alone—best shared. 🧀 Burrata Even better than the fig! A crispier crust, creamy burrata, and balanced savory flavors—though still on the salty side. 🍦 Pistachio Gelato Smooth, nutty, and packed with real pistachio bits. A perfect $7 treat after a salty slice. While it’s a step above Joe’s Pizza, I wouldn’t wait an hour. But if the line’s short?
