Unlike many soggy-skinned versions, Yongchuan’s duck skin is perfectly caramelized and CRUNCHY—each bite makes that satisfying “crisp” sound✨ Whether dipped in sugar or wrapped in a pancake, it’s simply divine. ‼️ Even better: their duck is currently 50% OFF—total steal😭 We also tried: 🍜 Sha Suan Dou Mian & Braised Pork Belly (weekly specials) — Not Xin Rong Ji level, but nice to sample! 🥢 Ningbo Braised Greens & Smoked Fish — Both solid, no misses.
