Previously ordered takeout—was just okay. But dining in with friends, I discovered they have beef tongue👅!!! And it’s thick-cut—tender, chewy, not like those paper-thin hot pot slices!! Turns out it’s not the food… it was my ordering skills😩! (The asparagus was also great—not a usual mala ingredient!) Their purple rice is a sweet, sticky surprise✨—mixed with red dates, like “eight-treasure rice.” Pairs perfectly with the spicy stir-fry🌶️—sweet & spicy balance!
