NYC|Unexpected Thai Fine Dining in Manhattan 🍃

Finally visited this trendy Thai restaurant that’s been all over my feed! Seeing so many raving reviews made me curious, so I gathered a few friends to try it out. 🥥 Thai Coconut Crab Pancakes Crispy coconut wafers topped with generous chunks of crab meat—each bite released a refreshing hint of mint and the natural sweetness of crab. The texture shifted from crunchy to soft—absolutely delightful! 🦆 Spicy Minced Duck & Foie Gras The minced duck was perfectly balanced with seasonal vegetables, and the foie gras was rich but not overwhelming—a harmonious dish. 🥬 Seasonal Stir-Fried Vegetables Today’s veggie was okra, stir-fried with shrimp paste—so savory and umami that we finished it in minutes! 🐟 Roasted Seabass in Banana Leaf The fish was fresh, though I felt it could have been more flavorful. My friend from Southern China, however, loved its delicate, natural taste. 🐖 Seared Iberico Pork My favorite dish! It tasted like spicy char siu, and the chili sauce was irresistibly fragrant—I couldn’t get enough! 💭 Final Thoughts The ambiance and service were excellent, but the prices are definitely on the higher side for Thai cuisine. The crowd was mostly Chinese—no surprise, given its popularity on social media. While the food was consistent and tasty, I probably won’t be returning. There are plenty of delicious, more affordable Thai spots in Manhattan—no need to insist on the hyped ones. #NYCThai #ThaiFineDining #NYCRestaurants #FoodieReview
