Over the weekend, I finally tried the cold udon I’d been craving at Raku—and it was absolutely delicious! It felt like tasting summer in every bite. The Columbus Circle location is much larger than the downtown one, and we walked in without a wait. They even have a popular Brooklyn-based Japanese dessert counter inside, where I grabbed a matcha pistachio dacquoise—so good! 😋 🌟 Kani Maze: The crab cold udon is a must-try! Lightly dressed with yuzu, topped with crab meat, salmon roe, nori, and cucumber—perfectly balanced and incredibly refreshing.
