NYC | MetLife Building 🌆

🚀I recently visited New York and made a special trip to revisit a project I was involved in, which happens to be in the iconic MetLife Building (yes, the legendary building that sits atop Grand Central Station with its rich history)! 🌆 This project is located in the basement of the building, where we’re renovating the restaurant space for lease. The whole process involves preserving the classic structure while introducing new design elements. I’m super excited to see what it will look like when it’s done! 🎨 🚀Fun fact: The building has over 70 elevators! Working in a building of this scale, just riding the elevator feels like an adventure through the city every day. 🚀 Did you know? This building was one of the filming locations for the Avengers movie. Walking inside, you really get that movie-set vibe. And the view from the top floor is worth billions—standing there, you instantly feel like you’re part of the Marvel Universe! ⚡ 🚀 Even though this is New York, inside this building, I couldn’t help but think: it still has that “Irvine” vibe. My boss really had the vision when he bought it. 🌟 #ArchitectLife #NewYork #MetLife 🌟
