NYC | Sappe – My #1 Thai Spot in the City! 🥘👑
I’ve always had a soft spot for Thai food, and let’s be real—NYC is filled with amazing Thai restaurants. But Sappe? It just stole my heart. ❤️🔥 I’d been wanting to try it for ages (even accidentally booked Soothr once thinking it was Sappe 😅), and it was so worth the wait. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, and even with just two of us, we couldn’t resist ordering half the menu! 🔥 Must-Order Dishes: 🍢 Ping Yang (Skewer Combo) We went with 4 skewers: pork belly, beef tongue, and chicken wings. The pork belly was the star—juicy, smoky, and perfectly grilled. A total must-try! 🥘 Tom Yum Tiger Prawn Hot Pot A rich and creamy twist on the classic tom yum. Not too spicy, with a strong coconut milk base and loads of fresh, plump tiger prawns. So comforting and flavorful! 🍤 🍖 Zaab Hang Fall-off-the-bone tender pork shank simmered in aromatic Thai spices. A little spicy, a lot delicious—and so fragrant! 🍛 Cha Mama Kong Stir-fried noodles with shrimp and fish roe—spicy, tangy, and totally refreshing. A bold and satisfying plate! Sappe truly brings the heat and the heart. 🧡 The meat dishes are next-level, and the portions are generous. One visit is definitely not enough—I’m already planning my next trip back! #SappeNYC #ThaiFoodGoals #NYCEats #BestThaiInNYC #FoodieHeaven
