NYC | SEA – A Must-Revisit Southeast Asian Gem by Chef Junsik 🍜✨

Eagerly tried SEA, the new Southeast Asian restaurant from the acclaimed three-Michelin-star chef Junsik, and it completely exceeded expectations! With so many dishes still left to explore, I’m already planning my next visit. 🌟 Standout Dishes: Pork Noodle Soup: A warm, comforting bowl with tender pork and perfectly seasoned broth. (Small portion is ideal for two!) Crab Fried Rice: Sizzling stone pot crab rice topped with silky scrambled eggs—savory, aromatic, and utterly satisfying. Prime Short Rib: Melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in soft flatbread with fresh cilantro and curry—pure indulgence. Black Cod: Flaky fish in a fragrant coconut-red curry sauce—elegant and flavorful. Coconut Sundae: A dreamy coconut ice cream with hazelnut, chocolate, and coffee notes. So good! 🍹 The Thai iced tea was a tad sweet for my taste, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless meal. Service was warm and attentive—making the experience even more memorable. 📍 SEA 151 W 30th St, NYC #SEANYC #JunsikEats #SoutheastAsianFlavors #NYCRestaurants #MustTryNYC #FoodieHeaven
