NYC | This British Steakhouse’s Desserts Are Incredible!!!
Visited this Midtown steakhouse 3–4 times for business dinners—every meal was amazing! Later found out it’s from a famous U.K. steakhouse. The decor is stylish, reminiscent of Grand Central 🏛️. 🥗 Starters Must-orders: Pork belly – tender, braised then roasted, crispy outside, juicy inside 🐖. Beet salad – sweet beets with a hint of wasabi dressing, pairs perfectly with the pork 🥗. 🥩 Steaks Chateaubriand – the signature, ultra-tender filet cut, no chewiness 🥩✨. Bone-in rib chop – rich, beefy flavor with a bit of chew 🍖. Tip: Add peppercorn sauce for a fragrant, spicy kick! 🐟 Seafood Tried monkfish, swordfish, lobster—all grilled perfectly tender. Monkfish was especially fresh and bouncy 🦞. 🍮 Desserts Toffee pudding – a classic British dessert! Not too sweet, date-based, steamed texture 🍰 + caramel sauce = heavenly 😍. Peanut butter Louis – rich peanut-chocolate cake with sea salt balance 🥜🍫. Also loved the pineapple tart, apple mille-feuille, and blueberry basil tart 🍍🍎. ⛳️ Hawksmoor NYC 109 E 22nd St, New York, NY 10010 Like 💗 Save ⭐ Follow 🙋🏻♀️ for more NYC food guides! #NYCSteakhouse #NYCFood #NYCEats #NYCDesserts #NYCRestaurants
