NYC Brunch Love: Little Ruby’s Perfect Bites 🍽️✨

If there’s one brunch spot in New York that completely won me over, it’s Little Ruby’s—especially the one in Soho. With plenty of seating and a lovely outdoor section for sunny days, it’s my go-to for a delicious, feel-good meal. And trust me, this place breaks every “NYC brunch is style over substance” stereotype! Here’s what you absolutely CAN’T miss: 🤤 The Bronte A seriously epic beef sandwich that’s won over every friend I’ve brought along. The bread is perfectly toasted and crisp, while the thick, juicy beef patty stays tender and flavorful. As the juices soak slightly into the bread, you get this amazing mix of soft and crunchy textures. Served with sweet potato fries—it’s a combo so good I’d happily dine solo for it. 🥞 Pancakes Fluffy, warm, and served with sauce on the side (so you control the sweetness)! Topped with caramelized bananas, these pancakes are moist, flavorful, and totally satisfying. 🍝 Shrimp Pasta Hands down the best pasta on their menu! The noodles hold their texture beautifully—even when cool—and the creamy sauce with plump shrimp is light yet rich. I literally wanted to lick the plate clean… it took me right back to Italy! 🍟 Truffle Fries with Aioli A generous portion of crispy fries with a delicate truffle aroma. Great for sharing, though we couldn’t finish them—save room for the stars above! The bowls, other pastas, and drinks are fine but skippable. For the perfect meal for two, order the Bronte + Shrimp Pasta + Pancakes—you won’t regret it! If you have other brunch favorites, slide into my DMs—I’m always hungry for more 😭💬 #NYCBrunch #LittleRuby #BestBrunchNYC #NYCFoodGuide #FoodieFavorites #SohoEats #BrunchVibes
