NYC Delights | Kimika 🌆🌟

Today, I celebrated my birthday with my bestie. We booked the private dining room at Kimika, which can seat around 10 people. 🌺 When we were searching for places, we saw quite a few reviews that weren't so great, but we decided to give it a shot. We ordered more than half of the menu, and except for the roe roe pasta and lobster pasta, everything else was pretty yummy! Crispy Rice Cake Lasagna 🍙 This dish features rice cakes shaped like gourds. They're crispy on the outside and perfectly paired with a kimchi meat sauce and cheese. It's my favorite of the night! Wagyu Braciole 🥩 The beef is rolled with scallions, and it's so flavorful! We even ordered a third serving. Haha! Tuna Tartare 🐟 This one is also amazing! The texture is rich but not greasy at all. The nori (seaweed) is a bit salty, but the solution is simple: just add more of the mixed tuna salad! We also got a third serving of this one. Haha! #NewYork 🌺
