New York truly hides gems in every corner — and this unassuming little French bistro, La Sirene, gave me one of the warmest, most delicious meals I’ve had in the city. 🦆 Foie Gras — an absolute must-order. Rich, buttery, perfectly seared — a flavor experience that lingers. 🥩 Beef Tartare — incredibly fresh and seasoned with finesse. 🐌 Escargots — tender, garlicky, with no trace of any off taste. 🍖 Steak with Foie Gras — juicy, luxurious, and cooked just right. While the other dishes were pleasant, these four truly stood out. What makes La Sirene special isn’t just the food — it’s the cozy, intimate atmosphere and the clear care put into every plate. ⚠️ A quick rant: This place makes me appreciate how badly some popular spots miss the mark — looking at you, La Grande Boucherie (where all my dishes arrived at once, and each was more disappointing than the last 😅).
