NYC Exploration: Setsugekka (Snow Moon Flower) π
Setsugekka offers hand-picked matcha from different regions of Japan. Plus, they have a traditional Japanese stone mill to ensure the matcha is freshly ground β thatβs one of their biggest highlights! π Here, you choose the matcha powder first, then the preparation method. They donβt offer dine-in, but watching the process is an experience in itself. They have three grades of matcha powder. I spent a little over $20 in total. π’ Yamenohana - Hot Matcha-ppuchino π This one was rich, slightly bitter, with a lingering aftertaste. Paired with oat milk, it was a total sensory delight β so many layers of flavor. Yamenohana - Matcha Affrogato π The slightly bitter and refreshing matcha poured over a creamy vanilla double scoop with tiny ice chips. Itβs been a while since Iβve had such a rich and satisfying ice cream. Setsugekka East Village π 74 E 7th St, New York, NY 10003 #NYC #NYCFoodAndDrink #MatchaLovers π
