Plus, they have a traditional Japanese stone mill to ensure the matcha is freshly ground – that’s one of their biggest highlights! 🍃 Here, you choose the matcha powder first, then the preparation method. They don’t offer dine-in, but watching the process is an experience in itself. They have three grades of matcha powder. I spent a little over $20 in total. 🎢 Yamenohana - Hot Matcha-ppuchino 🍃 This one was rich, slightly bitter, with a lingering aftertaste. Paired with oat milk, it was a total sensory delight – so many layers of flavor. Yamenohana - Matcha Affrogato 🌊 The slightly bitter and refreshing matcha poured over a creamy vanilla double scoop with tiny ice chips.
