NYC Fine Dining | 2-Star Gabriel Kreuther đŠâ¨
Celebrated our third wedding anniversary at Gabriel Kreutherâa two-Michelin-starred gem in Manhattan. Since my partner doesnât eat seafood, picking a special occasion spot is always tricky. French cuisine to the rescue again! This restaurant came highly recommended for its sincere, skillfully prepared dishesâand it did not disappoint. We were thoroughly impressed. Each course felt like a surpriseâcreative, elegant, and thoughtfully crafted. It reminded me of my very first Michelin experience: exciting and memorable. â¤ď¸ Favorites of the Night: Foie Gras â Rich, silky, and perfectly balanced Duck Breast â Tender, flavorful, with a beautiful sear Assorted Amuse-Bouches â A delightful start full of texture and flavor â ď¸ Minor Letdowns: A shrimp/fish appetizer had a slight fishy taste đŚ The lamb carried a noticeable gaminess đ Dessert was a bit too generous and overly sweetâwe ended the night on a sugar overload đ° That said, it was a wonderful and satisfying experience overall. The ambiance was refined yet relaxed, and the service was attentive without being stuffy. Iâve been recommending Gabriel Kreuther to friends ever since! If youâre looking for a special night out with classic technique and a warm touch, this is the place. Have you been?
