Black Garlic Ramen: The portion is super large. The flavor of black garlic oil is very rich, and other aspects are similar to tonkotsu. (It seems like the kitchen put two servings of noodles, and the more you eat, the more you want!) ๐๏ธ Char Siu: The char siu is as thick as the ramen (but marinated with miso for flavor), paired with shredded lettuce, roasted tomatoes, mayonnaise, and mozzarella. One bite releases a burst of juice, delivering a rich flavor explosion. ๐ธ Green Peppers: A universally loved mystery boxโjust see who gets the spicy one. It seems like that's when I started to accept eating green peppers. ๐ The small noodle shop is still bustling with business,The noise and the aroma of cooking are just like old times. Even the four - seater by the window,Seems to have changed very little. ๐ Yet as time goes by,Even though the flavors in memory remain,The people around have gradually aged,And I am no longer as young and spirited,Having experienced ups and downs, joys and sorrows,I've also come to appreciate the sweetness after the bitterness of bitter melon. ๐ขGrateful for the chance to still be with family,And hoping that companionship can last long and flow like a gentle stream. #ShopHunting #NotebookInspiration #TonkotsuRamen ๐๐
