NYC Italian Dining | Via Carota 🍖🍰
Hey food lovers! 🍽️ Last Wednesday night, I walked into Via Carota and waited in line for two hours—but it was totally worth it! 🌟 I ordered three types of pasta: cacio e pepe, wild boar ragù, and tagliatelle. The portions were smaller than I expected, but every single one was delicious! 🍝 I personally fell in love with the cacio e pepe—it was just perfect! There were lots of specials that day, not on the regular menu. I tried the pork chop, which came with a rich, flavorful sauce and was incredibly tender. The grilled mushrooms with cheese were also amazing—I highly recommend them! 🍖 For dessert, I couldn’t decide and ended up ordering both tiramisu and chocolate hazelnut mousse. The tiramisu was out of this world, and the mousse was a bit sweet but had a super rich hazelnut flavor. 🥧 The service was great, and at an average of $100 per person, it’s definitely a place worth trying! 🌟 📍 Via Carota #NewYork 🗽🌟
