NYC Ktown|Super Popular Creative Korean, Great Value! 👍

I've wanted to try this Korean spot since it opened in NYC, but reservations were always either super early or super late. Finally went right when they opened on a weekday—no wait! 🍴 Take31 📍 15 E 31st St, New York, NY 10016 They start you off with free tteokbokki (rice cakes) and fish cakes—so good we asked for seconds! Spicy, chewy, and comforting. 🥚 Rolled-up Cod Roe Omelette – Highly recommend! Fluffy eggs wrapped around savory cod roe—tasty and great for sharing. 🍗 Wasabi Cream Chicken – Unique take on fried chicken—more like pan-fried chicken in a creamy wasabi sauce. My friends enjoyed it more than I did. 🍜 Cod Roe Seafood Udon – Decent, but not as memorable as other versions I’ve had. Creamy sauce, light seafood flavor, portion felt a bit small. 🥘 Spicy Galbi Hot Pot – A favorite! Tender short ribs and sliced beef in a rich, spicy broth. Great value for around $30+. 🍙 Tuna Mayo Rice Ball – Underwhelming. The rice lacked seasoning, and the tuna mix was just okay. Overall, Take31 offers tasty, creative Korean dishes at reasonable prices. Menu isn’t huge, but it’s worth trying if you can get in without a long wait! #Foodie #KoreanFood #FoodLife #NYC #NYCExploration #NYCFood #NYCKoreanFood #KtownNYC #FoodReview #NYCEats #AffordableEats #Take31 #KoreanFusion #NYCRestaurants
