Finally made it to Flushing’s Tangram this weekend to try the matcha drinks my friend’s been obsessing over since summer. Couldn’t resist the hype any longer! 😄 🍦 Hojicha Cream Roasted Japanese hojicha—less bitter than matcha, creamy with milk (swap for oat or coconut milk if preferred). Topped with whipped cream “soft-serve” and your choice of toppings. Default ice level was high—50% or less is better. ❄️💛 🍦 Hojicha Latte Float Hojicha latte crowned with hojicha ice cream dusted with matcha powder.
