This hidden gem in Williamsburg is one of my favorite finds—great value, delicious food, and exactly the kind of dishes I love. 🍴 XIXA 📍 241 S 4th St, Brooklyn, NY 11211 They offer both à la carte and a $56 Chef’s Menu—7 courses + 2 desserts. Usually the chef’s menu is fixed, but I really wanted the foie gras and braised beef, so I asked nicely—and they accommodated! 🦢 Foie Gras – Served with pineapple and their signature cornbread. Rich, smooth, and absolutely satisfying. 😌 🍖 Braised Beef – A large, tender portion in a flavorful but not heavy sauce. 🌮 Fried Fish Taco – So tasty! The corn tortilla was fresh and fragrant. 🍝 Main Pasta Course – A bit unusual and not really my thing. 🍮 Desserts – Pistachio flan and churros—both nicely sweet without being overwhelming. Overall, XIXA delivers authentic Mexican flavors with creative twists.
