🍣Strongly recommend adding the first and third hidden menu items! The first one is a Donut with caviar. Even though I’m usually just okay with caviar, this one totally won me over! 🍩 ✨ The third one is more complex: it’s raw beef seared on one side, wrapped with raw egg, sea urchin, and Korean kimchi. It’s super delicious! 🍖 The second dish on the regular menu, the wrap, and the third dish, the seafood paella, are also amazing. I mean, just look at the picture! 🍣The wrap has Korean kimchi and sauce, pork, and oysters, with a really rich texture. The seafood paella has not only the usual sweet shrimp and sea urchin from Japanese cuisine but also pickled vegetables hidden in the rice, adding more complexity to the taste. 🥙🍤 The main course Wagyu is good, but I think the duck my friend ordered was even better, especially the vegetables on the side. 🍗 By the time I got to dessert, I was totally done and couldn’t give a proper review. 😂 🍣 Oh, and if you order the caviar Donut at the beginning, remember to pair it with champagne—it’s a perfect match! 🥂 #MichelinRestaurant #NYCFoodie #NYCEats #NYCMichelin 🌆🌟
