NYC Restaurant Recommendation - CLASS on 38th
A Japanese bistro with an amazing vibe! π We tried all five Vegi dishes on the menu, and each one was a perfect blend of creativity and flavor. π₯ They've taken traditional Japanese small plates and given them a Western twist in seasoning, without any unnecessary fuss. It was a comforting experience. π² Before the meal, we tried a mocktail at the bar. They started us off with a complimentary miso soup to warm our stomachsβa delightful little touch. π₯’ π Taste Details Review: Miso Soup: The restaurant kindly provided it, but it was a bit too salty from the first bite, setting the stage for a "heavy flavor" night. π Toro Uni Caviar: The combination of uni, caviar, and toro toast was intense and captivating, but the toast was a bit soggy, and the uni wasn't quite fresh enough. π£ Chawanmushi: Silky smooth, with a delightful surprise of sweet snow crab filling. π£ π± Agedashi Tofu: The batter was a bit too thick, overshadowing the delicate flavor of the tofu. A slight disappointment. π€ #BlessingOfVeg #VeganJoy #NYCVegan π
