On Tuesday, my friends and I (a group of four) headed to TOMI JAZZ around 5 p.m., hoping to catch an early dinner. π We were excited but also a bit nervous about the wait time, which we heard could be quite long. πAs it turned out, we were seated around 7 p.m., so it was a solid 2-hour wait. π§ But let me tell you, it was SOOOO worth it! Every minute of that wait felt like a buildup to an unforgettable experience. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric. The dim lighting, the cozy booths, and the live jazz music playing in the background set the perfect mood for a night of indulgence. π€ π Now, letβs talk about the star of the evening: the FISH ROE UDON. π This dish is an absolute must-order! The udon noodles were perfectly cooked, soft yet firm enough to hold the rich, savory broth. And the fish roeβoh, the fish roe!
