NYC Weekend Restaurant Adventure 🗽
🐚Scallop Crudo $19 This dish is so beautifully plated, and the taste is next level! 🌟 The scallop is super tender, paired with thin slices of melon, and the combination is unforgettable! 🍓 🍆Crispy Eggplant $12 The crispy eggplant has a sweet and sour flavor, and it’s filled with pineapple! 🍍 🐷Sweet & Sour Ribs $15 The sauce is bright red and has a Jiangsu/Zhejiang flavor. The ribs are tender and falling off the bone, and the vegetables are also well-prepared by the chef. 🌿 🦆Tea Infused Duck $39 This is the best dish of the night! It’s the chef’s signature dish after learning from a three-Michelin-star chef. 🌟 The duck breast is low-temperature slow-cooked, not greasy at all, and the meat is pink and tender, with a smoky aroma from being marinated in Da Hong Pao tea. 🍃 🥩Steak Au Poivre $42 The Wagyu beef is so flavorful, and the accompanying sauce is unforgettable. The potatoes are also well-done. 🥔 ☯️Tai Chi Fried Rice $22 The presentation is amazing, looking like Tai Chi. The yin side is squid ink fried rice with shrimp, and the yang side has confit duck leg and French foie gras. 🍚 🥢Le Fleur Rouge 392 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215 #NYCRestaurantAdventures #NYCWeekend 🌇
