Hey foodies! 🍔 Hello Saigon has officially taken the place of Saigon Shack in my heart. This spot is just a 6-minute walk from the library, making it super convenient for NYU students. 🏭 I ordered the classic Pho for $18 💰, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! When I first dug in with my chopsticks, I didn’t find any rice noodles and thought they’d forgotten them. It took a few more stirs to realize that 2/3 of the bowl was packed with meat! The portion is incredibly generous. 🍖 Compared to Saigon Shack, which only accepts cash, Hello Saigon is much more convenient with card and Apple Pay options. I’d recommend tipping at least 15%—the service is worth it! 🌟 They have a wide variety of dishes, including Vietnamese spring rolls and other options, but honestly, the Pho was so satisfying that I couldn’t even think about trying anything else.
