Obsessed with this SF spot’s rice rolls & claypot chicken lately!! 🥹
I’ve always loved their cheung fun (rice rolls), but recently tried their dinner menu—so comforting, healthy, and reasonably priced (rare for SF!). Perfect for nights when you’re too tired to cook. 🍽️ MUST-ORDERS: 🐷 Pork Rice Rolls (+ Egg!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only $7-8 and SO GOOD—better than most SF spots! Their chili oil is chef’s kiss 👌 (fellow chili oil snobs, you’ll get it). 🍗 Claypot Yellow-Feather Chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tasty, with real free-range chicken (not that bland US poultry), but I’ve had better versions in Vancouver. Still solid! 🐟 Bitter Melon & Fish Filet Rice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Extra star for personal bias!) I hate bitter melon, but this Cantonese-style black bean sauce version is the only way I’ll eat it! The fish is tender, and the flavors balance perfectly. My go-to order every time! 📍 The Spicy Shrimp / Ho Won 150 Waverly Pl, San Francisco, CA 94108 #SanFrancisco #SFfoodie #BayAreaEats #CantoneseFood #HKStyleCafe #HiddenGem
