Oceanview Dinner: A Romantic Evening

🍹Tacos & Tequila: After spending the whole day at Condado Beach in San Juan, we slipped on our flip-flops and wandered into this Mexican restaurant tucked inside the Vanderbilt Hotel. 🌈Little did we know that this casual choice would turn into the most romantic dining experience of our trip! The open-air seating faced the moonlit ocean, and each table was adorned with cactus-shaped candleholders. Noticing our bare feet, the server thoughtfully brought us plush slippers and shawls. 💛The must-try grilled beef tacos lived up to their reputation—the beef carried a smoky charcoal aroma, paired with a sweet-and-sour pineapple salsa, and even the banana leaf lining was crisped to perfection. 🥣The freshly mashed guacamole was a whole experience in itself—prepared tableside on a cart, with the spice level adjusted to our taste. 🥨The chocolate churros were crispy outside and soft inside, and dipping them into caramel sauce was pure satisfaction.
