Ochs'n Willi 🇩🇪 Stuttgart's Best Pork Knuckle

Their pork knuckle is seriously SO delicious – the best I’ve had in Stuttgart, and it’s HUGE!!! 🐖 The skin is super crispy, and the meat inside is incredibly tender with no weird smell at all. Most importantly, it’s not overly salty like some traditional German dishes can be. This is literally my dream knuckle 😍✨. We also ordered this mixed grill platter – so good! It came with chicken steak, beef steak, and pork steak. The beef was super tender, and the chicken and pork were juicy too 🤤. I saw the next table having pork ribs – looked amazing and totally tempting! We couldn’t finish it all (two girls vs one giant knuckle 🥲), so we took half back to the hotel. Even microwaved the next day, it was still tasty (though the skin lost its crispness, obviously 😅).
