Oh my gosh, I absolutely fell in love with L'Americana! 🌟

I went to L'Americana while waiting for a table, and now I don't even want to go back to Martiny's. 🌿🌟 The whole atmosphere is way more relaxed than M, and the bartenders are so friendly. I really love the vibe here. I initially thought I was just killing time while waiting, but now I'd come here on purpose. 🌿🌟I had three rounds of drinks, and every single one was delicious. ① Negroni Shakerata This is the second - best Negroni I've had recently. The bitterness is just right, and the combination of orange aroma and lactic acid is perfect. It's slightly bitter and sweet. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Negroni. 🍸 ② Yuzu & Mustard Sour 🌿🌟 So smooth! The yuzu is very fragrant but not overly sour (might be a subtle diss to Angels Share here). The mustard seeds add a really interesting aroma. This drink is a safe choice that will definitely leave a good impression. 🍋 ③ Salt & Coco At first, I thought this would be a very sweet dessert - like drink. But it turned out to be clarified and perfectly balanced. It's not cloying at all. 🌿🌟 The salt really complements it well. It tastes like a refreshing coconut white chocolate ice cream.
