🍂 One-Day Hiking Itinerary in Okutama (1)🍂

🍃🌸Autumn is the perfect time for a refreshing hike around Tokyo! Okutama, just over an hour by train from central Tokyo, is an ideal destination for a day trip. 🌿✨ 💡 Okutama is famous for two main routes: The first is a scenic hike from Kuri Station to Okutama Station, featuring beautiful gorges and natural landscapes. 🍃🌸The second is a lakeside route that circles Lake Okutama, offering stunning views of the water. I personally recommend the lakeside route on a sunny day ☀️, as it’s absolutely breathtaking. On a cloudy day, the gorge route is more enjoyable. If you’re confident in your stamina, you can combine both like I did! 🌟 🎐 My Actual Route: 9:50 AM: Arrived at JR Tsurunotaki Station and started hiking 🍃🌸↓ (Visited the Twin Dragons Waterfall, Tsurunotaki Suspension Bridge, and Shiramaru Dam) 12:10 PM: Arrived at Okutama Station #Tokyo 🌇✨
