One-Michelin-Starred Restaurant Hidden in an Art Gallery

Recommendation Level: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This place was packed at noon, filled with people in suits and ties, who seemed to be taking their lunch break from nearby work. It's no wonder the French know how to enjoy life – even lunch is a Michelin experience! πŸ₯We opted for the 49 Euro set menu, which included appetizers, main course, and dessert. Their cheapest set is 43 Euro, but it doesn't come with dessert. Each dish is adorned with different colors, and I particularly loved the vibrant look of the appetizer. The fish was delicious, with no fishy taste at all. It had a rich texture and a tangy, sweet flavor. The main course pork was also excellent, and the sauce was the highlight! If you don't like pork as the main course, you can switch to chicken. It's not on the menu, but there's no extra charge. My boyfriend and I both agreed that the pork was the best. πŸ₯The dessert was unique! The dumpling filling was fresh mango, with a rich texture that was tangy, sweet, and cool. It reminded me a bit of the dumpling desserts from Polish restaurants. I highly recommend this one-Michelin-starred restaurant! It's definitely worth a try if you're on a budget. Price: Around 50 Euro per person without wine. πŸ“ Ze Kitchen Galerie 4 Rue des Grands Augustins, 75006 Paris, France #ParisianEats #ParisianRestaurant #ParisMichelin #ParisOneStarMichelin
