🍳One of California’s Hottest Brunch Spots

Sweet Maple🍁 Super Popular Across Northern & Southern California! Sweet Maple is the undisputed king of brunch in the Bay Area, Northern California! 🍁 This spot only serves brunch until afternoon and doesn’t take reservations—long lines are a constant sight! The flagship store is in San Francisco, but it’s too far for me to visit. This time, I made a special trip to the Cupertino branch and finally checked it out! The restaurant has a stylish interior and outdoor seating areas. Waiting indoors takes at least 1 hour, so I chose the outdoor area instead—and waited 20 minutes too! Worth it for the food! I didn’t have high expectations, but I was totally blown away! 🥓 Signature·Millionaire’s Bacon Thick cut, perfectly fried with a rich aroma—no greasiness at all! You can pair it with different sauces. I chose the spicy sauce, which was surprisingly spicy! Even though I don’t usually like bacon, I ate the whole strip! 🧇 Best·Chicken & Waffles Unlike regular waffles, this is made with croissant dough pressed into waffle shape—so fragrant! The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with a generous portion! 🌽 Super Good·Fried Corn I saw fried corn on the menu and had to order it—it’s absolutely amazing! 🍆 Ordinary·Eggplant The eggplant dish was just okay, nothing special. 🍳 Best Looking·Korean Beef Short Ribs Rice Bowl with Egg Stunning presentation! The sauce is a bit sweet, and the beef is well-marinated, even though the portion is small. The rice is a bit plain, but I couldn’t stop eating it! 🍹 Drink A bit bland, with a strong fruit flavor. I think the restaurant is run by Thai people—there’s a hint of Thai cuisine in the menu! In short, it’s a long wait and super crowded! This chain brunch spot has 3 locations in Northern California and 2 in Southern California. Check them out if you’re nearby! After eating, I went to TP Tea next door and bought an oolong tea🧋—the tea flavor is super strong and delicious! 📍Address: 20010 Stevens Creek blvd, Cupertino CA 95014 #LosAngelesLife #IrvineLife #IrvineFoodie #LAFoodie #IrvineFood #LAFood #IrvineEats #BayAreaFood #BayAreaLife #BayAreaFoodie #BayAreaWeekend #USALife #Brunch
