💖 One of the most comfortable afternoons in Paris
📍 Jardin du Luxembourg 📽️ In 1612, Queen Marie de’ Medici, wife of King Henry IV of France, decided to build this garden to alleviate her homesickness, drawing inspiration from the Palazzo Pitti, the family home of the Medici in Florence, Italy. The garden is adorned with more than 100 statues and sculptures, as well as a large central pool and flower beds. 🚌 You can take metro line 4 to the Odéon station or change from line 4 to line 10 at the Odéon station, then walk about 5 minutes to the park; or take the RER B line to the Luxembourg station and walk about 10 minutes from there. You can also choose buses 21, 27, 38, 58, and get off at a stop near the park. 🤩 Nearby attractions of Jardin du Luxembourg: ✅ Panthéon: About a five-minute walk from Jardin du Luxembourg, it is one of France’s most famous resting places for celebrities, built in 1791. Inside, you’ll find the Foucault’s Pendulum, and the crypt below houses the tombs of illustrious figures such as Voltaire, Rousseau, Hugo, and Madame Curie. #ParkBenchPhotos #WastingTimeInParks #OutdoorEntranceAsEmotionalExit #LyingOnTheLawn #MyLifeIsLikeAMovie #HumansNeedParks #FranceParis #Luxembourg #JardinDuLuxembourg
