Oregon's summer is truly legendary! πŸ—ΊοΈ

Mount Hood & Mount Adams, every snapshot is a cinematic scene. πŸ“Έ 🌊 Lost Lake lives up to its reputation; it's a sight to behold (see photo 2). The winding mountain road to get there is challenging and far, but as you drive, you realize why it's called Lost Lakeβ€”it's incredibly apt. Once you reach the viewpoint, it's just one word: worth it! πŸ’ͺ Even if it means driving an extra half hour, it's worth the effort. Personally, I think it's even more beautiful than the more famous Trillium Lake. 🌸 πŸ’– I visited two lavender farms: Hood River Lavender Farm and Hope Ranch Lavender. ✨ If you're looking to capture lavender fields with snow-capped mountains, I highly recommend Hope Ranch. Both snow-capped mountains are almost entirely unobstructed, and because it's less well-known than Hood River Lavender Farm, there are fewer visitors, the lavender is a richer purple, making for stunning photos. The farm owner is also very patient and doesn't charge for photos alone; they charge $10 per bundle for picking. πŸ’° 🏞️ Hood River is more crowded, larger, and offers more activities. You can eat ice cream (which isn't very tasty...), but I think there's too much obstruction for taking pictures of the lavender fields with snow-capped mountains, and the crowd means that the blooming lavender gets picked quickly by visitors, making the overall appearance of the lavender field not as vibrant as at Hope Ranch. 🌈 #north America #Oregon
